W godzinach nocnych (tj. od godziny 23.00 do 9.00) wszystkie limity prędkościowe są wyłączane.
Nie limitujemy ilości danych jakie użytkownik może wysłać/odebrać w sieci, nie obniżamy prędkości ze względu na ilość przesłanych danych.
Standardowo każdy użytkownik otrzymuje od nas jeden publiczny adres IP. Adres może być wykorzystywany do podzielenia internetu na kilka stanowisk w obrębie jednego gospodarstwa domowego. Nie limitujemy ilości adresów jakie użytkownik wykorzystuje w sieci lokalnej należy jednak pamiętać, że pasmo współdzielone jest wtedy przez wszystkie urządzenia znajdujące się za ruterem dokonującym podziału sygnału internetowego.

Jak zamówić podłączenie
Aby uzyskać dostęp do sieci internetowej galas-net należy skontaktować się z nami telefonicznie lub osobiście w naszej siedzibie na ul. Mickiewicza w Tuchowie. Jeśli lokalizacja punktu przyłączeniowego znajduje się w zasięgu naszej sieci umówimy się na wizytę w celu sprawdzenie jakości sygnału radiowego na miejscu i przeprowadzenie testów połączenia. Wstępnie możliwości techniczne podłączenia można sprawdzić w oparciu o miejsce instalacji ale zawsze wymagane jest sprawdzenie siły sygnału radiowego na miejscu u klienta. Koszt przyłącza uzależniony jest od sposobu podłączenia do sieci. W najprostszej sytuacji wystarczający jest montaż bezprzewodowej karty sieciowej w komputerze klienta, instalacja anteny i połączenie jej z komputerem kablem o długości uzależnionej od warunków na miejscu (z reguły kabel o długości od 3 do 7 metrów jest rozwiązaniem najbardziej optymalnym). W przypadku gdy klient chce podpiąć więcej niż jeden komputer również stosujemy zamiast karty sieciowej urządzenia typu access point lub ruter, komputery zaś podłączone są do access pointa poprzez switcha z wykorzystaniem standardowych kart sieciowych i kabla skrętkowego.
